1. Overview

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed with House of Golf are processed, shipped, and delivered.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, stock transfers, supplier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other operational factors outside of our control.

Should a delay occur, we will make every reasonable effort to proactively keep you informed via email, SMS, or phone.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays)

  • Orders placed after cut‑off time may be processed the following business day

  • Orders containing multiple stock locations may ship once consolidated

  • Back‑order or warehouse stock may require additional handling time

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Options & Costs

Shipping fees are calculated after discounts are applied to the order total.

🏬 Pick Up In Store

  • Cost: Free

  • Availability: Store dependent

You will be notified once your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation.

Collection Points

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Cost:

    • Free on orders over R2,000.00

    • Otherwise R99.00

🚚 Standard Courier

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Cost:

    • Free on orders over R2,000.00

    • Otherwise R230.00

⚡ Express Courier

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 working days

  • Cost: R300.00

  • Restriction: Not available for Back‑Order (Warehouse stock)

4. Back Orders & Warehouse Stock

Some products may ship from a warehouse or supplier location instead of a retail store.

These items:

  • May require additional preparation time

  • Cannot be sent via Express Courier

  • May extend delivery timelines beyond estimates

Customers will be notified where possible if an item is on back order.

5. Delivery Timeframes Disclaimer

All delivery times displayed at checkout or in communication are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

House of Golf is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier network congestion

  • Supplier delays

  • Weather events

  • Incorrect address details provided

  • Remote or outlying delivery areas

  • Force majeure events

We will always attempt to assist and keep you updated until your order is delivered.

6. Tracking & Communication

Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details. You may:

  • Track the parcel online

  • Contact us for assistance

  • Request delivery updates

If a shipment is delayed, we will actively follow up with the courier and keep you informed.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery

  • Additional courier fees may apply

8. Collections

Orders marked for collection will be held for a reasonable period. If not collected, we may contact you to confirm arrangements.

Please bring:

  • Order confirmation

  • Valid identification
